Common use of Notification of disclosure Clause in Contracts

Notification of disclosure. The Receiving Party shall promptly notify the Disclosing Party, in writing, if the Receiving Party becomes aware of any unauthorized use, disclosure, or theft of the Proprietary Information, and shall describe the Receiving Party’s actions to prevent any further unauthorized use, disclosure, or theft of such Proprietary Information.
