Common use of Notification of LIBOR Clause in Contracts

Notification of LIBOR. On each LIBOR Determination Date, the Indenture Trustee shall send to the Issuer, the Beneficiary, each applicable Master Servicer and any stock exchange on which the Class A(2011-3) Notes are then listed (if the rules of such exchange so require), by facsimile transmission or electronic transmission, notification of LIBOR for the following Interest Accrual Period.
