NOTIFICATION OF STATE. The Grantee shall promptly notify, in writing, State of the following items: a. Events or proposed changes that could affect the scope, budget, or work performed under this Agreement. The Grantee agrees that no substantial change in the scope of the Project will be undertaken until written notice of the proposed change has been provided to DWR and DWR has given written approval for such change. b. Any public or media event publicizing the accomplishments and/or results of this Agreement and provide the opportunity for attendance and participation by DWR or the State’s representatives. The Grantee shall make such notification at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event. c. Completion of work on the Project.
