Notification to Owner Sample Clauses

Notification to Owner. If the Aircraft is damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if any person is injured or dies, or if the Aircraft is damaged as a result of its operation, use, maintenance, or possession, Lessee shall promptly notify Owner of the occurrence, and shall file all necessary accident reports, including those required by law and other governmental rule or regulation and those required by insurers of the Aircraft.

Notification to Owner. Lessee shall notify Owner of any absence from the Premises for more than seven (7) days. The Lessee shall notify Owner or Owner's agent promptly of any damage to the Premises or common areas caused by Lessee or Lessee's invitees, family, or animals, or any other damage of which Lessee has knowledge.

Notification to Owner. In addition to all other notices provided for herein, Agent shall, to the extent of its knowledge, promptly notify Owner of all material adverse matters concerning the Property, including, without limitation: (a) all lawsuits, condemnation proceedings, zoning or any other governmental orders, notices, actions or threats that may adversely affect the Property; (b) any major and material claim made by a tenant that Agent or Owner has failed to perform any obligations of Owner or Agent under any lease or agreement to which the Agent or Owner is a party; (c) the occurrence of any fire or other casualty on or about the Property or any other personal injury or property damage (such notice to be in compliance with the requirements of all insurance policies), and Agent shall permit insurance adjustors to view damages before repairs are started except for emergency situations; (d) any requirement of any insurance carrier or of any governmental agency with respect to the Property; (e) any material offers to purchase the Property; and (f) the actual or suspected presence, use, storage, release, disposal, or transport of any radioactive, hazardous, regulated, or toxic substance or material on, about, or from any of the Property, the presence, use, storage, release, disposal or transport of which either (i) is prohibited or otherwise regulated by any now or hereafter existing local, state, or federal statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, or the like or (ii) poses or may pose a risk to the health, safety or physical well-being of persons.

Notification to Owner. Upon obtaining knowledge thereof, Operator shall promptly deliver Notice of each of the following to Owner’s Representative: 3.6.1 Any pending or threatened litigation, claim, dispute, action, investigation or proceeding by any Person concerning the Plant or the Work; 3.6.2 Any refusal or threatened refusal to grant, renew, or extend any existing Permit, or any pending or threatened litigation, claim, dispute, action or proceeding that might adversely affect the granting, renewal or extension of any relevant Permit; 3.6.3 Copies of any outage or other notifications required to be delivered to CAISO or SDG&E under Section 3.4.15; 3.6.4 Any incidents at the Plant resulting in death, lost time injury or serious injury to any individual, with written notice to follow within twenty-four (24) hours; 3.6.5 Any discovery of Hazardous Materials at the Plant that are not already recorded on the logs Operator is required to maintain in accordance with Applicable Law and previously notified to Owner or any incident the occurrence of which might reasonably require Operator to provide notification to a Governmental Authority under Applicable Law or Permits or which otherwise may reasonably be expected to result in any regulatory liability to Owner; and 3.6.6 Any other event or circumstance that reasonably could be expected to adversely impact the operation of the Plant in any material manner including labor disputes, material violation of any Applicable Laws or Permits, or material damage to any of the major pieces of equipment comprising the Plant.

Notification to Owner. Upon obtaining knowledge thereof, Operator shall promptly deliver Notice of each of the following to the Management Committee: (a) any pending or threatened litigation, claim, dispute, action, investigation or proceeding by any Person concerning the Project or the Services; (b) any refusal or threatened refusal to grant, renew, or extend any existing Permit, or any pending or threatened litigation, claim, dispute, action or proceeding that might adversely affect the granting, renewal or extension of any relevant Permit; (c) any Outage (other than a Scheduled Outage) and any acceleration, postponement or extension of a Scheduled Outage; (d) any incidents at the Project resulting in death, lost time injury or serious injury to any individual; (e) any discovery of any existing or concealed Hazardous Materials at the Project, or the discovery of any Hazardous Materials that were brought to the Project during the Term of this Agreement; and (f) any other event or circumstance that reasonably could be expected to adversely impact the operation of the Project including labor disputes, material infringement of any Laws or Permit, or material damage to any of the major pieces of equipment comprising the Project.

Notification to Owner. Contractor shall immediately notify the Owner in writing of any and all events and circumstances giving rise to liabilities, disputes, grievances, bans, disruptions, work stoppages or other labour issues which affect or have the potential to affect the Contractor’s or any Subcontractors’ work force, or the work force of any Subcontractor or of the Owner, or which constitutes or may constitute a Project-wide concern.

Notification to Owner. Within thirty (30) days of completing the installation of Attachment(s), Joint User shall provide written notice to Owner.

Notification to Owner. Upon obtaining knowledge thereof, Operator shall promptly deliver notice of each of the following to the Owner Representative and Administrator: 3.5.1 Any pending or threatened litigation, claim, dispute, action, investigation or proceeding by any Person concerning the Plant or the Work; 3.5.2 Any refusal or threatened refusal to grant, renew, or extend any existing Permit, or any pending or threatened litigation, claim, dispute, action or proceeding that might adversely affect the granting, renewal or extension of any relevant Permit; 3.5.3 Any outage (i) for more than four (4) hours of more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the operating capacity of the Plant (other than as required to perform scheduled or routine maintenance) or (ii) for more than five (5) consecutive days of more than forty percent (40%) of the operating capacity of any individual Project, or any disconnect from service of any individual Project; 3.5.4 Any incidents at the Plant resulting in death, lost time injury or serious injury to any individual, with written notice to follow within twenty-four (24) hours; 3.5.5 Any discovery of any existing or concealed Hazardous Materials at the Plant, or the discovery of any Hazardous Materials that were brought to the Plant during the Term of this Agreement, with written notice to follow within twenty-four (24) hours; and 3.5.6 Any other event or circumstance that reasonably could be expected to adversely impact the operation of the Plant in any material manner including labor disputes, material violation of any Laws or Permits, or material damage to any of the major pieces of equipment comprising the Plant.
