Number and Length. The evaluator shall conduct a minimum of two (2) formal observations of not less than a total of sixty (60) minutes in length. For new employees, there must be at least one observation of a duration of at least thirty (30) minutes within the first ninety (90) days of their employment. All required formal observations are to be completed no later than May 15, unless otherwise conducted pursuant to Form B.
Number and Length. Employees shall take an uninterrupted meal period of at least thirty (30) minutes when working more than five (5) consecutive hours in a workday. Employees are expected to return to work promptly at the end of any meal period.
Number and Length. Employees working a regular 8-hour workday shall be entitled to two (2) rest periods, one (1) ten (10) minute period in the first four (4) hours of their shift, and one (1) ten (10) minute period in the remainder of their shift. Employees are expected to coordinate their request for rest periods with their supervisor who will approve the request, under the terms or this Agreement, based upon operational needs and timing. Employees are expected to return to work promptly at the end of their rest period.
Number and Length. All employees are entitled to two (2) paid time rest breaks during the course of each full shift of six (6) hours or more. Each rest break will be a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes in total duration from the time that productive work stops until productive work begins again.

  • Number of Stewards The Union may designate one (1), but no more than one (1), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on each shift for each of the Employer's principal work areas from among those employees who work therein.

  • Number and Gender Whenever the context so requires, the plural or singular shall include each other and the use of any gender shall include all genders.

  • Relationship of Advisor and Company The Company and the Advisor are not partners or joint venturers with each other, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to make them such partners or joint venturers or impose any liability as such on either of them.

  • Relationship to the Award and the NES 5.1 Subject to this clause, the Award is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. 5.2 If there is any inconsistency between an express term of this Agreement and an incorporated Award term, the express term of the Agreement will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency. 5.3 For the sake of clarity, the Appendices to this Agreement, including the Preserved Award Allowances contained in Appendix M operate as terms of this Agreement.
