Number of Delivery Points Clause Samples

The 'Number of Delivery Points' clause defines how many locations or endpoints are designated for the delivery of goods or services under the contract. This clause typically specifies whether deliveries will be made to a single site or multiple sites, and may outline the process for identifying or changing these delivery points during the contract term. By clearly establishing the number and identity of delivery locations, this clause helps prevent confusion or disputes regarding where obligations must be fulfilled, ensuring logistical clarity and efficient performance for both parties.
