NUMBER OF PERMITS. 3.1 An HDFNL under 17 player may be granted a maximum of eight (8) area permits by their club to play in the LVFNL during the LVFNL home and away season. 3.2 Once an HDFNL registered player has played in the senior grade of the HDFNL, has represented the HDFNL at under 17 level or higher or has played a TAC cup game during the current season, then that player is ineligible to apply for any further permits to play in the LVFNL competition during that season. This means that the player’s initial permit application form is no longer valid for the remainder of the season. (NOTE: the senior grade does not include any reserves games) 3.3 Permits can be issued if there are no more than 20 players listed (including permit players) on the LVNFL under 18 team sheet. 3.4 A LVFNL under 18 player may be granted a maximum of eight (8) area permits by their club to play in the HDFNL under 17 competition during the HDFNL home and away season, provided that they meet the age requirement of the HDFNL under 17 competition. 3.5 Once an LVFNL registered player has played in the senior grade of the LVFNL, has represented the LVFNL at under 18 level or has played a TAC cup game during the current season, then that player is ineligible to apply for any further permits to play in the LVFNL competition during that season. NUMBER OF PERMITS. 3.1 A HDFNL / BFNL Under 18 registered player may be grated a maximum of five (5) area permits by their club to play in the HDFNL / BFNL during the home and away season, provided they meet any age requirements of the relevant leagues. 3.2 Once a HDFNL / BFNL Under 18 registered player has played in the Senior grade of the HDFNL / BFNL, has represented the HDFNL / BFNL at Under 18 level, or has played a TAC cup game during the current season, then that player is ineligible to apply for any further permits to play in the HDFNL / BFNL underage competition during the current season. This means that the player’s initial permit application form is no longer valid for the remainder of the season. (NOTE: the Senior grade does not include any Reserves games) 3.3 Permits can be issued if there are no more than 20 players listed (including permit players) on the HDFNL / BFNL Under 18 team sheet. 3.4 A HDFNL / BFNL Under 18 registered players may play two (2) games per weekend but only one (1) per day.

NUMBER OF PERMITS.  Two area permits may be granted for a HDFL player to play with a GVFL reserve grade team during the current season.  Two area permits may be granted for a GVFL player to play with a HDFL reserve grade team during the current season provided the player is excess to the GVFL club needs and has he NOT played a GVFL senior grade game in the current or preceding season.  Four area permits may be granted for a HDFL player to play with a GVFL under 18 team provided they are within the age group of the GVFL competition during the current season.  Four area permits may be granted for a GVFL player to play with a HDFL under 17 team provided they are within the age group of the HDFL competition during the current season. All available registered HDFL players must be selected before endorsement of a permit in this case is considered and a maximum of twenty (20) players (including permit players) may be listed on the under 17 team sheet.

All available registered HDFL players must be selected before endorsement of a permit in this case is considered and a maximum of twenty (20) players (including permit players) may be listed on the under 17 team sheet.
