Number of PSUs Earned. The total number of Performance Units earned by the Grantee, before application of any adjustment related to the TSR Modifier, shall equal the sum of the Relative ROATCE Performance Units earned and the Relative TBV Accretion Performance Units earned for the Performance Period (with linear interpolation for earning between levels) pursuant to the following table: At or below the 25th percentile: 0% At 26th percentile (Threshold): 1% At 50th percentile: 50% At 75th percentile (Target): 100% At 95th percentile (Maximum): 200%

If, upon the conclusion of the Performance Period, RTSR for the Performance Period exceeds the threshold level, but is less than the target level, as set forth in the Performance Matrix, a percentage between 25% and 100% (determined on the basis of straight-line mathematical interpolation) of the PSUs (rounded down to the nearest whole number of PSUs) shall become nonforfeitable. • Target. If, upon the conclusion of the Performance Period, RTSR for the Performance Period equals the target level, as set forth in the Performance Matrix, 100% of the PSUs shall become nonforfeitable.

Number of PSUs Earned. Unless otherwise provided in the Plan, Performance Stock Units shall be earned in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Performance Stock Unit Award.
Number of PSUs Earned. The total number of Performance Units earned by the Grantee shall equal the percentage of the Target Amount of Performance Units earned based on the mean percentile performance achieved hereunder, which shall be determined by calculating the average of the Relative PTBV Ratio percentile performance achieved and the Relative PE Ratio percentile performance achieved, in accordance with the following table:
Number of PSUs Earned. From 0% to 100% of the PSUs will be earned based on achievement of the Performance Goals as follows: (a) Vogtle 3 PSUs. 50% of the PSUs (the “Vogtle 3 PSUs”) will become Vested if there is a Fuel Load Authorization with respect to Plant Vogtle Unit 3 on or before December 31, 2021 and such Fuel Load Authorization is determined and certified by the Compensation Committee (upon recommendation of the Operations, Environmental and Safety Committee of the Board). Except as otherwise determined by the Compensation Committee pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Vogtle 3 PSUs will be forfeited if there is not a Fuel Load Authorization with respect to Plant Vogtle Unit 3 on or before December 31, 2021. (b) Vogtle 4 PSUs. 50% of the PSUs (the “Vogtle 4 PSUs”) will become Vested if there is a Fuel Load Authorization with respect to Plant Vogtle Unit 4 on or before December 31, 2022 and such Fuel Load Authorization is determined and certified by the Compensation Committee (upon recommendation of the Operations, Environmental and Safety Committee of the Board). Except as otherwise determined by the Compensation Committee pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Vogtle 4 PSUs will be forfeited if there is not a Fuel Load Authorization with respect to Plant Vogtle Unit 4 on or before December 31, 2022.

  • Performance Period This Agreement shall be performed during the period which begins Oct 01 2020 and ends Sep 30 2022. All services under this Agreement must be rendered within this performance period, unless directly specified under a written change or extension provisioned under Article 14, which shall be fully executed by both parties to this Agreement.
