Common use of Number of Records Clause in Contracts

Number of Records. 1. VA/VHA will submit approximately 2 million records per year in a format SSA defines for the duration of this agreement. 2. SSA will provide a response record for each individual that VA/VHA identifies. The total number of records will be equal to or greater than the number of records submitted by VA/VHA. In some instances, an individual may have more than one record on file.
