Frequency of Matching Clause Samples
The 'Frequency of Matching' clause defines how often certain data, transactions, or records must be compared or reconciled between parties. Typically, this clause specifies intervals such as daily, weekly, or monthly, and may outline the procedures or responsibilities for conducting these matches. Its core practical function is to ensure regular and systematic verification, reducing discrepancies and promoting accuracy in ongoing operations or financial dealings.
Frequency of Matching. Matching will be conducted, when the review/publication requirements have been satisfied and thereafter become effective, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

1. For those beneficiaries receiving benefits cited in Section II, VA will conduct this match periodically and upon request. SSA will provide VA with the most recent tax year available.
2. For applicants applying for benefits cited in Section II, VA will conduct this match weekly. SSA will provide VA with tax information for the most recent three years available.
Frequency of Matching. VA has the capability to perform matching because reserve military pay data are updated monthly in VADIR. The goal of both agencies is to increase the frequency of matching so that members who are receiving dual compensation are notified promptly and provided an opportunity to elect military pay and allowances in lieu of VA disability compensation.
Frequency of Matching. On a monthly basis, OPM will provide SSA with an electronic file containing civil service benefit and payment data. The actual matching will take place approximately during the first week of every month.
Frequency of Matching. Exchanges for this computer matching program will occur twice a year, in approximately February and August.
