Obligations of the Organization. 5.1 The Organization represents, warrants and undertakes: 5.1.1 that it has and will continue to have throughout the Term full right and title and authority to enter into this Agreement and to accept and perform the obligations imposed on it under this Agreement; 5.1.2 to use all reasonable endeavors to organize, manage and stage the Event; 5.1.3 without prejudice to clause 5.1.2, to use all reasonable endeavors to organize the Event Schedule and provide a copy of the Event Schedule to the Rider on or before the commencement of the first day of the Event Period. During the Term, the Organization will also notify the Rider as soon as practicable of any updates or amendments to the Event Schedule; 5.1.4 without prejudice to clause 5.1.2, to use all reasonable endeavors to fulfill its obligations as identified in the Participant’s Guide 5.1.5 that, subject to clause 7, it shall grant the Rider a nonexclusive royalty free license to use the Event Marks solely in connection with the Fundraising Rights and/or promoting the Rider as an entrant of the Event to prospective sponsors and for the duration the Event Period or whilst the Rider is an entrant in the Event only (whichever the shorter); and 5.1.6 that it owns or controls the Event Marks and shall take all measures it considers reasonable during the Term to protect its rights in the Event Marks from infringement by any third party.
Obligations of the Organization. A. Maintenance Responsibility: 1. Organization shall be responsible for any damage to common Facility common areas, reasonable wear and tear excepted. 2. Organization shall allow the University to inspect the Facility for damage during the winter recess to assess and repair damages. 3. In the event that some of the project assets are required for similar activities within Somaliland each party shall give full consideration to any proposal advanced by the other party; 11. transfer all assets and property of the Organization’s Head Office in Somaliland to the Ministry upon the decision of either party to terminate the operations of the Organization; 12. in the event that an expatriate member of staff fails to pay any and/or all bills and damages owed to the Government and/or third parties, assume full responsibility for their settlement; 13. copy to the Ministry, as the coordinating ministry for the Government, all correspondence addressed to any government body (Line ...

Provide the University with information in accordance with the presented calendar schedule (location, phone) in order to organize professional / research internship of students. 3.2. Provide bases for professional internship for the required number of students in the specialty 3.3. Provide students with safe working conditions at every workplace. 3.4. Conduct instructions on occupational safety. 3.5. Create necessary conditions for students to complete professional internship / research internship and research approbation. 3.6. Provide qualified professionals to guide professional / research practice. 3.7. Provide students and teachers – practice advisors of the University with the opportunity to use documentation, excluding information, containing official or other secret information protected by law in the departments of the Organization, necessary for students to successfully master the internship program and perform individual tasks. 3.8. At the end of the internship, give a description of the work of each student - trainee and an assessment of the quality of the report prepared by him/her. 3.9. Assist in the employment of graduates of the University in accordance with the current law.
