Obligations Post-Termination. In no event shall the Wind Down Period exceed nine (9) months. Upon the expiration or termination of the Wind Down Period, each party shall have no further obligation to provide services hereunder, provided that during the Wind-Down Period and thereafter, Company shall have the rights set forth in Section 8.3.2.
