Common use of Observance of Safety Rules Clause in Contracts

Observance of Safety Rules. All employees are required to strictly adhere to the General Safety Rules (see Schedule B) together with any departmental or specific job safety instructions which are posted or received from supervision. Failure by an employee to follow safety rules or instruction will result in disciplinary action being taken against the employee by the Company.
