OC Probation Project Manager. The OC Probation Postrelease Community Supervision (“PCS”) Assistant Division Director (“ADD”), or authorized designee, shall be the OC Probation Project Manager and shall manage and oversee the administration of this Contract pursuant to the terms and conditions contained herein. In addition, the OC Probation Project Manager shall provide direction on policies and procedures relating to the services covered under this Contract, and act as liaison for overall program functions, communications and problem solving.

The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement.
