Offer Validity Clause Samples

The Offer Validity clause defines the specific period during which an offer remains open and can be accepted by the other party. Typically, this clause will state a clear expiration date or a set number of days after the offer is made, after which the offer automatically lapses if not accepted. Its core practical function is to provide certainty and prevent indefinite obligations, ensuring both parties are aware of the timeframe for acceptance and reducing the risk of disputes over whether an offer is still open.
