Common use of Office Locations Clause in Contracts

Office Locations. The Executive shall be based at the Denver, Colorado, but shall be permitted to provide his services from additional locations including but not limited to Bremen, Maine and Phoenix, Arizona, and shall provide his services at such other locations as shall be reasonably necessary for the discharge of his duties under this Agreement.

The Executive shall also be available to travel within the United States and internationally at the request of the Board.
