  • Official Languages (a) Appointments and transfers shall be subject to the Corporate Official Languages Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.   • Official Language The official language of this Agreement is the English language only, which language shall be controlling in all respects, and all versions of this Agreement in any other language shall not be binding on the parties hereto or nor shall such other versions be admissible in any legal proceeding, including arbitration, brought under this Agreement. All communications and notices to be made or given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in the English language.

  • OFFICIAL SECRETS ACTS The Contractor undertakes to abide and procure that the Contractor’s employees abide by the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989.
