Common use of ON SITE REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. While on Purchaser’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with Purchaser’s physical, fire, access, safety, and other security requirements.

ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. While Should the situation arise where Contractor is on Purchaser’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with Purchaser’s physical, fire, access, safety, and other security requirements.

Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors who access Purchaser’s premises shall be adequately trained and at all times comply with Purchaser’s requirements.
