Common use of ON SITE REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. While on SCC’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with SCC’s physical, fire, access, safety, and other security requirements and not interfere with SCC’s operations. Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors who access SCC’s premises will be adequately trained and at all times comply with SCC’s requirements.
