Common use of ON SITE REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. As applicable, while on Enterprise Services’ premises or while interacting with Enterprise Services’ personnel, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with Enterprise Services’ physical, fire, access, safety, health, and security requirements and not interfere with Enterprise Services’ operations. Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors who access Enterprise Services’ premises shall be adequately trained and at all times comply with Enterprise Services’ requirements.
