On-Site Training. The On-Site Training Services are conducted by the Service Provider at the Customer premises. They may include the following activities: • Introduction to the system and key definitions • Training on how to set up and use the web-based application • Training on how to set up and use the mobile application • Training on how to use the Hardware if purchased from Service Provider • Process recommendations • Recommendation on how to tag different types of Assets.
On-Site Training. The cost of all on-site training described in the Proposal is based on Licensee having training facilities available. Each on-site training day described in the Proposal consists of a six (6) hour training day and a maximum of number of individuals that may attend is stated in the Proposal. In the event the number of attendees exceeds the permitted number, then Licensee will be charged an additional $200.00 for each additional attendee.
On-Site Training. On-Site Training Services available under this BPA are delineated on Attachment A, under Special Item Number (SIN) 132-50.
On-Site Training. MWI will, at no cost to Banfield, provide ongoing training at the direction of Banfield’s Senior Director of Purchasing to Banfield team members regarding systems and procedures for hospital ordering and inventory management.

Licensor will, as a part of the technology transfer contemplated hereby, accept Licensee’s trainees and provide on-site training at its site in the US at dates and times mutually agreed by the parties and set forth in the training program mutually agreed by Licensor and Licensee in writing (such agreement to be in good faith and not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned) (such dates and times and training program shall be hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Training Plan” and such Training Plan may be reasonably amended by mutual agreement between Licensor and Licensee in writing and in good faith from time to time) during Licensor’s business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Licensor holidays, during the term of this Agreement. Such training is designed to enable Licensee trainees to use the Licensed Know-How appropriately. For clarity, Licensee does not need to pay any training fee to Licensor for such training and Licensee will bear its trainees’ actual costs, such as travel and accommodation expenses, associated with such training. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensor is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Licensee in connection with the training.
On-Site Training. A division director or department head is responsible for arranging specialized training with a department or division. Assistance or advice in any phase of a desired program may be obtained from the Training Administrator in the Human Resources Department. Various organizational units within LBNL, including the Environment, Health and Safety Division, Computing Sciences Directorate, and Human Resources Department, are responsible for developing and/or providing training programs to LBNL employees in their areas of expertise and that are required by law or will enhance employee performance. Procedures for attending interdepartmental training may be found on the Employee Self Service Web site. The Workforce Diversity Office is responsible for administering apprenticeship training programs, other special skills training, and internships.
On-Site Training. Hyatt will send one (1) or two (2) trainers (at Hyatt’s option) to assist with training the Hotel staff and otherwise provide assistance in connection with the Hotel’s grand opening. Franchisee must pay Hyatt’s then current fee and the trainer(s)’ travel and living expenses associated with this training. The trainer(s) will arrive at or before the Hotel’s grand opening and stay for the period that Hyatt specifies. Hyatt may (at its option) conduct this training on more than one visit. The trainer(s) will generally assist and train Hotel staff with aspects of day-to-day operations, including laundry, customer service, food and beverage, and Gallery Host Stand operations.
On-Site Training. On-Site Training. On-site training for the products and/or SaaS must be completed by an ASSA ABLOY certified technician/trainer. Customer may request that ASSA ABLOY disable the Mobile Access System at Customer’s facilities for any reason. ASSA ABLOY will upon such request (made in writing) promptly disable the Mobile Access System at the facilities. ASSA ABLOY may disable the Mobile Access System at the Facilities: (a) immediately upon notice to Customer, if ASSA ABLOY reasonably believes that there has been a material breach in security; (b) on thirty (30) days’ written notice to Customer in the event of a material breach of the terms of this Agreement by Customer; (c) in the event of termination of this Agreement (in which event no specific notice for disabling the System is required); or
On-Site Training. 4.1.1 In addition to the technical assistance provided for in Section 3.4, Fujitsu may request Spansion to provide on-site training of Fujitsu employees subject to Fujitsu’s prior written request and Spansion’s written acceptance thereof.
4.1.2 Spansion shall be responsible for causing its engineers or employees to comply with the working rules and security instructions designated by Fujitsu.
4.1.3 All costs incurred for such engineers or employees, such as travel, meals and housing, and including Spansion’s charges for such training, shall be borne by Fujitsu.
4.1.4 Fujitsu shall provide Spansion’s engineers and employees with an appropriate working environment.
