Onboarding Process. Member agrees to fully cooperate with the onboarding process (the “Onboarding Process”) for Industrious. Member represents and warrants that the information it provides pursuant to the Onboarding Process will be true, accurate and complete. Member acknowledges and agrees that should it breach the representation above, Industrious may immediately rescind or terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion.
