Common use of Onboarding Process Clause in Contracts

Onboarding Process. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement if in its sole discretion, conditions at the service site pose a health or safety threat to any Service Provider representative. Coverage for existing IT Assets under this Agreement are contingent upon: The IT Assets meet the Service Provider’s serviceability standards defined in Appendix 3 For remote service, a covered IT Asset must have the Service Provider’s RMM agent installed and be remotely accessible over a reliable internet connection. The IT Asset’s physical condition, physical configuration, and/or digital configuration are supported by the manufacturer or vendor. The IT Asset’s physical condition, physical configuration, and/or digital configuration remains economically reasonable for service.
