Ongoing Performance Measures. The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools and service level agreements as outlined in this solicitation, in order to measure the performance of Contractors. Such measures assist the Department in ensuring that Contractors provide the best possible value to the State and end users. The State reserves the right to modify and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).
