Common use of Online Learning Clause in Contracts

Online Learning. In the event that student enrollment in online courses will impact a teacher, librarian or counselor’s schedule and/or job responsibilities, the Rockwood School District and the RNEA agree to meet during the Superintendent RNEA Forum in order to collaboratively develop appropriate solutions and consider best practices.

Online Learning. In the event that student enrollment in online courses will impact increases to the point of impacting a teacher, librarian or counselor’s schedule and/or job responsibilities, the Rockwood School District and the RNEA agree to meet during with administrative designees along with RNEA appointed teachers guaranteeing equal number of administrative and teacher representatives to determine the Superintendent RNEA Forum in order to best practices within the district. This task force (K-5 and 6-12) will collaboratively develop appropriate solutions and consider best practices.
