Online Learning. The parties recognize that online education is a vital component of the College curriculum and necessary for continued leadership in higher education. Therefore, the parties encourage endeavors in creating, developing, and delivering online education courses. Online sections shall be capped at 25 students unless otherwise stipulated by College approved Course Development Master (CDM), except by mutual agreement of the CAO and the faculty member.β
