The Operating Representatives clause designates specific individuals or entities to act on behalf of the parties in managing and overseeing operations under the agreement. Operating Representatives. Individual(s) appointed by each Party for the purpose of securing effective cooperation and interchange of information between the Parties in connection with administration and technical matters related to this Contract.

The Operating Representatives shall have no authority to amend or otherwise modify this Agreement or bind their respective Parties.
Operating Representatives. 18.1 Within thirty days after execution of this Agreement, each Party shall appoint an Operating Representative for the purpose of securing effective cooperation and interchange of information and providing consultation and coordination on a prompt and orderly basis between the Parties in connection with various administrative, technical and operating matters which may arise from time to time under this Agreement, including the performance of the functions and duties of said representative under this Agreement.
18.2 Each Party shall bear the cost of its designated Representative.
18.3 Each Party shall notify the other Party promptly of any change in the designation of its Operating Representative.
18.4 The Operating Representative shall have no authority to modify any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement.

Operating Representatives. Operating Representatives. The Parties hereby establish an operating committee consisting of one representative from each Party authorized to act on its behalf (“Operating Representative”) to secure effective coordination and to deal on a prompt and orderly basis with the various operating and technical issues which arise in conjunction with the obligations of the Parties hereunder, including the development of operating procedures or practices.
