Common use of Operating Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Operating Responsibilities. The administrative and operational responsibilities delegated to the Manager and the applicable Operator pursuant to the Administrative Services Agreements and the O&M Agreements, collectively, constitute all the administrative and operational responsibilities necessary to comply with the obligations of the Obligors pursuant to the Transaction Documents.
