OPERATING ROOM. A training facility within the L▇▇▇ 3 Premises in an operating room-style with adjacent training rooms designed and constructed in a manner to eliminate noise, odors, fumes, vibrations, and other externalities from beyond the confines of the operating room space. The operating room/training facility must be designed to provide that all deliveries and services to it are unobtrusive and hidden from public view. With respect to items 2 through 5 above, each such space must be limited to single-level rooms readily convertible to general office space and, before expiration or earlier termination of the Lease, Tenant must, at its sole cost, restore each such area to generic office space similar to and consistent with the balance of the L▇▇▇ 3 Premises offices and in accordance with plans approved in writing by Landlord (which approval may not unreasonably be withheld or delayed).
OPERATING ROOM. 12 1. Operating Room nurses shall be scheduled for on-call on a rotating basis 13 as follows:
14 a. Up to sixteen (16) hours in the period Monday through Friday:
16 b. Up to sixty-four (64) hours in five (5) consecutive weekends. A 17 weekend for this purpose is defined as from Friday afternoon to 18 Monday 0700. Weekends will be scheduled by the staffing office.
20 c. Holidays, as defined in Article 8 PTO and days associated with 21 holidays when the department is closed.
22 d. If a holiday falls on a weekend, the nurse may choose to take the
OPERATING ROOM. OneLegacy will schedule for – and Hospital will reasonably provide – an appropriate location, including, as applicable, an operating room (OR) or an adequate facility for aseptic recovery of Anatomical Gifts, and personnel (as needed). Hospital will ensure the location is secure, with restricted ingress and egress during recovery. OneLegacy may require – and Hospital will strive to facilitate – urgent access to the operating room due to unanticipated circumstances (e.g., the Potential Donor suddenly becomes unstable, or family requests impose time constraints).
OPERATING ROOM. Twelve (12) Hour Technicians in the Operating Room will be scheduled for lunch relief no later than 1:00 p.m. The Union and the Hospital will engage in labor management discussions, including physician leadership in the department in an effort to resolve employee concerns regarding equitable relief scheduling. Management will act reasonably to address employee concerns.

The parties agree to the following terms and conditions for regular part-time nurses in the Operating Room: If a regular part-time nurse is required to work in excess of the hours worked in either or of the Central Agreement, she shall receive overtime premium of one and one-half (1 times her regular straight time hourly rate, which overtime premium shall be compensated by mutual agreement of the nurse and the Employer by either:

OPERATING ROOM. The parties agree that the Operating Room Standby Letter of Understanding provides for emergency coverage for the Operating Room and as such where a nurse is called in from standby to the Operating Room such nurse will not be re-assigned without her or his consent. Where a nurse is required to work past the eight (8) hours preceding the beginning of their next regularly scheduled shift (currently 23:00 hours for a 07:00 – 15:00 shift) the nurse will receive either:
OPERATING ROOM. Work in Excess of Sixteen (16) out of twenty-four (24) Hours. Every effort will be made to accommodate a request from a Anesthesia Tech, Surgical Technologist or Surgical Support Aide to be replaced for a scheduled shift, which begins within a twenty-four (24) hour period during which they have already worked sixteen (16) or more hours.
OPERATING ROOM. Surgical technicians scheduled in advance for standby will receive a minimum of one (1) hour’s pay at the appropriate rate for assisting at surgical procedures that are scheduled with twenty‐four (24) or more hours’ notice. If surgical technicians who are scheduled in advance for standby are required to assist at a procedure scheduled with less than twenty‐four (24) hours’ notice or with an unscheduled emergency procedure, they shall be paid for assisting at such procedures at the rate of one (1) and one‐half times (1‐½) the surgical technician’s hourly rate of pay for a minimum of one (1) hour. Standby pay shall cease upon the surgical technician’s return to work.
