The Offeror shall submit two identical proposals in separate, electronic versions: one version in Portable Document Format (.pdf) and one version in Microsoft Office Applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project). The .pdf document must be fully searchable. The Offeror is responsible for ensuring that the .pdf and the appropriate Microsoft Office applications versions contain identical information. The Government has the discretion to use the information in either version, and is not responsible for any differences in content between the two proposal formats submitted by the Offeror. Use of other application software for submission of proposals is prohibited except where specific instructions for non- PDF or Office applications are provided.

  • System Use (a) An electronic site access system may be used on site, subject to the requirements of this statement. (b) The system operates via: (i) a facial recognition device; and (ii) an electronic gate. (c) The system will be installed at the access and egress point/s of the site and will only be utilised to identify presence on site. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a.
