Common use of Operational Plan Clause in Contracts

Operational Plan. The proposal submitted in response to the ITB or RFP (if applicable) as finally negotiated and attached as Exhibit A of this AGREEMENT becomes the Operational Plan by which the VENDOR will be audited. (THIS CLAUSE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CONTRACTS OVER $100,000 UNLESS VENDOR HAS BEEN CERTIFIED AS A SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER.)
