Operations and Maintenance Plan. Borrower agrees that it has adopted any operations and maintenance plan for asbestos, lead-based paint, mold or other environmental concern that Lender has required in writing.

Operations and Maintenance Plan. The Landowner hereby grants permission to the County, its authorized agents and employees, to enter upon the Property and to inspect the stormwater management facilities whenever the County deems necessary. Mortgagee shall have the right to approve any O&M Plan which may affect the Mortgaged Property.

Operations and Maintenance Plan. To implement this requirement, the Recipient must submit to the Council an Operations and Maintenance Plan for the project. Based on the approved project scope of work, the Council anticipates that the Recipient will develop this Plan in coordination with Santa Rosa County. As described in SAC #12, the Recipient will not draw down the final five percent of construction funds until the Plan is submitted to and accepted in writing by the Council Grants Office.
