Operations Installer/Apprentice Program. The company and the Union will maintain an Apprentice Technician committee of two (2) members from the Union and two (2) members from the company. Both parties will be responsible for updating and maintaining the in-house designed program for Field Service Technicians. Operation Installers who have successfully completed the FST apprenticeship entrance exam and the FST job testing requirements will be given first bidding rights over other classifications into the FST apprenticeship program.
