Operator Proficiency. The Aircraft shall be operated only by pilots currently certificated and qualified to operate the Aircraft in compliance with the laws of the United States or any other state or local government authority having jurisdiction therefor, and in accordance with the provisions of the insurance policy or policies issued in connection therewith.
Operator Proficiency. Each Participating Municipality shall be responsible for ensuring that its staff is competent to use the Equipment and for addressing staff performance issues under the town’s personnel policies should the Equipment be misused or damaged by an operator in that town.
Operator Proficiency. Each Party shall be responsible for ensuring that its staff is competent to operate the Vehicle and for addressing staff performance issues under the township’s personnel policy manual should the Vehicle be misused or damaged by an operator. Only employees of the Parties may operate the Vehicle.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Limited English Proficiency The Contractor must comply with Executive Order 13166, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and make reasonable efforts to ensure that as part of the services that it provides, adequate communication services, including interpretation and translation, are available to persons who have limited English proficiency. If such services are not included in the Contract’s scope of services and pricing, the Contractor will use a County-contracted service provider, and the County will pay the fees.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
