OPERATOR RFC Sample Clauses

The OPERATOR RFC clause establishes a formal process for the operator to request changes, clarifications, or additional information regarding the contract or project requirements. In practice, this clause typically outlines the steps the operator must follow to submit a Request for Clarification (RFC), such as providing written notice and specifying the issue or information needed. Its core function is to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of uncertainties, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and project delays.
