ORDERING PROCEDURES/DELIVERY INFORMATION. Delivery Orders (DO) will be created in AdvantageME for all orders over $5000.00. DO’s will be emailed as a .pdf file to the vendor’s email address submitted in AdvantageME by the vendor. Municipalities, political subdivisions, and school districts in Maine will handle their own orders and will be responsible for all payments.
