Common use of ORDERING PROCEDURES/DELIVERY INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

ORDERING PROCEDURES/DELIVERY INFORMATION. Delivery Orders (DO) will be created in AdvantageME for all orders over $5000.00. DO’s will be emailed as a .pdf file to the vendor’s email address submitted in AdvantageME by the vendor. Orders less than $5000.00 can be placed using a State of Maine issued P-Card (credit card). Municipalities, political subdivisions, and school districts in Maine will handle their own orders and will be responsible for all payments. Vendor will accept orders for as few as 50 traffic cones or 25 traffic drums/barrels. Delivery Locations: The vendor must deliver to any State of Maine facility. Most MaineDOT orders will be delivered to Scarborough, Augusta, Dixfield, Bangor and Oakfield. The exact addresses will be provided to the vendor at the time the order is placed.
