Common use of Ordering/Provisioning Clause in Contracts

Ordering/Provisioning. SBC-13STATE provides access to ordering functions via one or more electronic interfaces pursuant to Section 33.3.1 of this Article. CLEC will format the service request to identify what features, services, or elements it wishes SBC-13STATE to provision in accordance with applicable SBC-13STATE ordering requirements, (where currently available) and/or other ordering requirements which have been mutually agreed, and will be implemented pursuant to Section 33.3.12 (Change Management) of this Article.
