The "Other Information Reporting" clause requires parties to provide additional information beyond standard disclosures as specified in the agreement. Other Information Reporting. The Customer acknowledges that the accuracy of information provided by the Bank in the Reporting Services may be affected or restricted by the process in the computer system or otherwise and that the account information may not be provided on a real time basis.
Other Information Reporting. Distributor shall provide to THERMO, at Distributor’s expense and in English, each and every Product-related quality and/or performance complaint within two (2) calendar days after receipt of such complaint by Customer. The complaint reporting form defined in Exhibit H should be used for reporting the information to ThermoGenesis. In addition, Distributor shall notify ThermoGenesis of any “incident” (as defined in Exhibit D) within twenty (24) hours as outlined in the vigilance procedure attached hereto as Exhibit D. Detailed information of service performed or actions taken to resolve the reported complaint shall be communicated to ThermoGenesis within three (3) business days after completion of the actions.
Other Information Reporting. Boyalife shall provide to Nuo, at Boyalife’s expense and in English, each and every Product-related quality and/or performance complaint reasonably after receipt of such complaint by customer. Boyalife shall use a complaint reporting form agreed upon by the Parties for reporting the information to Nuo.
Other Information Reporting. Distributor shall provide to Cytomedix, at Distributor’s expense and in English, each and every Product-related quality and/or performance complaint within two (2) business days after receipt of such complaint by Customer. Distributor shall use a complaint reporting form agreed upon by the parties for reporting the information to Cytomedix. In addition, Distributor shall notify Cytomedix of any reportable incident within twenty four (24) hours and as outlined in the vigilance procedure agreed upon by the Parties. Detailed information of action(s) taken to resolve any reported complaint shall be communicated to Cytomedix within three (3) business days after completion of the actions.
Other Information Reporting. Rohto shall provide to Nuo, at Rohto’s expense and in English, each and every Product-related quality and/or performance complaint reasonably after receipt of such complaint by customer. Rohto shall use a complaint reporting form agreed upon by the Parties for reporting the information to Nuo.
Other Information Reporting. Subject to the limitations and requirements concerning confidentiality, stated above, EA ASSOCIATES shall provide quarterly non-confidential statistical reports to CITY reflecting the number of Employees who have utilized the EAP and received EAP Services thereunder; and EA ASSOCIATES shall provide such other data and information in its possession regarding the provision of EAP Services under the EAP as CITY may reasonably request.
Other Information Reporting. (a) Distributor shall provide to THERMO, at Distributor's expense, (i) within three (3) calendar days (or such other time period as required under applicable FDA regulations) after Distributor becomes aware of any death, serious injury or suspected serious injury relating to the Products, detailed information relating to Customer complaints concerning death, serious injury or suspected serious injury, and (ii) within five (5) days (or such other time period under applicable FDA regulations) after Distributor becomes aware of any other Customer complaint relating to the Products, detailed information relating to such other Product complaints from Customers. Such information shall be provided in English and shall include, without limitation, any and all follow- up information as such follow-up information becomes available to Distributor. (b) Distributor shall provide to THERMO, at Distributor's expense and in English, each and every quality and/or service complaint within thirty (30) business days after receipt of such complaint by Distributor.
Other Information Reporting. Subject to Section 3.1.1, ImmuneCyte shall provide to ThermoGenesis, at ImmuneCyte’s expense and in English, each and every quality and/or service complaint within three (3) business days after receipt of such complaint by using the Product(s). The complaint reporting form defined in Exhibit F should be used for reporting the information to ThermoGenesis. In addition, ImmuneCyte shall notify ThermoGenesis of any “incident” (as defined in Exhibit D) within twenty (24) hours as outlined in the vigilance procedure attached hereto as Exhibit D. Detailed information of service performed or actions taken to resolve the reported complaint shall be communicated to ThermoGenesis within three (3) business days after completion of the actions.

  • Information Reporting We may report your performance under this Agreement to credit reporting agencies, including your failure to make minimum payments on time. A negative credit report may significantly harm your ability to obtain credit from other sources. We may also obtain follow-up credit reports on you (for example, when we review your Account for a credit line increase). We may exchange information about you or your Account with our affiliates, and, to the extent permitted by law, with other third parties. We may also reissue a different Card, Account number, or different checks at any time. You must return the Card or the checks to us upon request. Lost or Stolen Cards. If any Card, Account Number or PIN is lost or stolen, or if you think someone used or may use them without your permission, notify us at once by calling the telephone number shown on the billing statement or by calling ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. We may require you to provide certain information in writing to help us find out what happened. Do not use the Card after we've been notified, even if it is found or returned. You will not be liable for any unauthorized purchases or cash advances made after we've been notified of the loss or the theft; however, you must identify for us the charges on the billing statement that were not made by you or someone authorized by you, and from which you received no benefit. Credit Authorizations. We are not responsible if we do not approve a purchase or cash advance on your Account, or if a third party refuses to accept or honor the Card, even if you have sufficient credit available. We may limit the number of purchases or cash advances which may be approved in one day. If we detect unusual or suspicious activity on your Account, we may temporarily suspend your credit privileges until we can verify the activity. We may approve purchases or cash advances that cause the balance to exceed your credit line without waiving any of our rights under the Agreement. Waiver. Our failure to exercise, or our delay in exercising any of our rights under this Agreement for any reason does not mean that we will be unable to exercise these rights later.

  • Other Information Such other information respecting the business, condition (financial or otherwise), operations, performance, properties or prospects of any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries as any Agent, or any Lender Party through the Administrative Agent, may from time to time reasonably request.

  • Account Reporting Information Italian residents who, at any time during the fiscal year, hold foreign financial assets (including cash and shares of Common Stock) which may generate income taxable in Italy are required to report these assets on their annual tax returns (UNICO Form, RW Schedule) for the year during which the assets are held, or on a special form if no tax return is due. These reporting obligations will also apply to Italian residents who are the beneficial owners of foreign financial assets under Italian money laundering provisions.

  • Information The Buyer and its advisors, if any, have been, and for so long as the Note remain outstanding will continue to be, furnished with all materials relating to the business, finances and operations of the Company and materials relating to the offer and sale of the Securities which have been requested by the Buyer or its advisors. The Buyer and its advisors, if any, have been, and for so long as the Note remain outstanding will continue to be, afforded the opportunity to ask questions of the Company. Neither such inquiries nor any other due diligence investigation conducted by Buyer or any of its advisors or representatives shall modify, amend or affect Buyer’s right to rely on the Company’s representations and warranties contained in Section 3 below. The Buyer understands that its investment in the Securities involves a significant degree of risk. The Buyer is not aware of any facts that may constitute a breach of any of the Company's representations and warranties made herein.

  • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.
