OTHER WORK. Employees shall perform any work which the man ager of the store or Zone Manager may direct with the understanding that when an employee is assigned to a job with a lesser rate he will be entitled to his regular rate of pay, unless due to a decrease of work, he has regularly been assigned to a lower rated job and desires to retain such job rather than accept a layoff.
