Common use of OTHER WORK Clause in Contracts

OTHER WORK. The Superintendent shall devote his full time, skill, labor and attention to the discharge of his duties during the term of this Agreement; provided, however, that upon notice to and approval by the Board, he may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing or other professional duties, obligations and activities, with or without remuneration, so long as such activities do not interfere with the full and faithful discharge of the Superintendent's duties and responsibilities as specified herein.

OTHER WORK. The Superintendent shall devote his full time, her full-time skill, labor and attention to the discharge of his her duties during the term of this AgreementContract; provided, however, that upon notice the Superintendent, subject to and approval by the Board, he may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing lecturing, or other professional duties, obligations and activitiesobligations, with or without remuneration, so as long as such activities do not interfere with the full and faithful discharge of the Superintendent's duties and responsibilities as specified herein.

OTHER WORK. The Superintendent shall devote his full time, skillskills, labor and attention to the discharge of his duties employment during the term of this Agreement; provided, however, provided however that upon notice to and with the prior approval by of the Board, he may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing lecturing, or other professional duties, obligations and activities, with or without remuneration, so long as such activities do not interfere with the full and faithful discharge of the Superintendent's his duties and responsibilities obligations as specified herein. The Superintendent will keep the Board informed regarding such activities.

OTHER WORK. The Superintendent shall devote his full time, his/her full-time skill, labor and attention to the discharge of his his/her duties during the term of this Agreement; provided, however, that upon notice the Superintendent, subject to and approval by the Board, he may undertake consultative consultive work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing lecturing, or other professional duties, obligations and activitiesobligations, with or without remuneration, so just as long as such activities do not interfere with the full and faithful discharge of the Superintendent's ’s duties and responsibilities as specified herein.

The Assistant Superintendent shall devote his full time, full-time skill, labor and attention to the discharge of his duties during the term of this AgreementContract; provided, however, that upon notice the Assistant Superintendent, subject to and approval by the Board, he may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing lecturing, or other professional duties, obligations and activitiesobligations, with or without remuneration, so as long as such activities do not interfere with the full and faithful discharge of the Assistant Superintendent's duties and responsibilities as specified herein.

OTHER WORK. The Superintendent shall devote his full time, skill, labor labor, and attention to the discharge of his duties during the term of this Agreementagreement; provided, however, that upon notice to and he may, with the prior approval by of the Boardboard, he may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing lecturing, or other professional duties, obligations obligations, and activities, with or without remuneration, so long as such activities do not interfere with the full and faithful discharge of the Superintendent's ’s duties and responsibilities as specified herein, or by utilizing a vacation day for such activities.
