Outbound service. 1.1.1. All Calls are to be routed over our chosen network. Should any Calls be routed over any other network with or without your knowledge, other than during a service failure or network outage that we have notified you of or for any other reason we may agree with you, then we reserve the right to bill you at our Standard Tariff. 1.1.2. Where you use a Call forwarding feature on any of our Services, you agree and accept that such forwarded Calls will be chargeable at the rate applicable on your Tariff at the time.

Outbound service. ▪ The provision of Broadband internet access (Broadband service); ▪ The provision of Inbound telephony services (Inbound service); (a) All calls are to be routed over our chosen network. Should any calls be routed over any other network with or without your knowledge, other than during a service failure or network outage that we have notified you of or for any other reason we may ▪ The provision of Mobile telephony services (Mobile service); ▪ The provision of IP telephony services (IPT service); ▪ The provision of Data services (Data service); ▪ Any other Services which we may offer for sale from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, you may not resell the Services although they may be utilised by an Associated Company of yours for which use you shall remain fully liable. 1.1.1 Your agreement with us starts on the date on the signed Service Agreement and your contract commencement date (the “Contract Commencement Date”) will be the date on the signed Service Agreement or the date each Service is first made available to you for use, whichever is the latest. You accept that this may mean you will have multiple Contract Commencement Dates however each Contract Commencement Date will be subject to the Minimum Term. Where you are not currently in a contract we may notify you of a change to these Conditions, by giving you at least 30 days notice in accordance with 19.2, then your new Contract Commencement Date will be the date the new Conditions came into effect. Where there may be any conflict regarding your Contract Commencement Date, then you agree the actual Contract Commencement Date will be the date you first used the Service(s) other than where we have given notice of a change to these Conditions. 1.1.2 All Services allow access to UK emergency services and caller location information (when based in the UK) unless specifically advised otherwise within this Agreement. Such access may be subject to the availability of a power supply to the line and alternative arrangements are your responsibility in the event of a power failure.

Outbound service. VT's Custom 13 Outbound Service is designed for including, but not limited to, business customers of VT. Customers of this Service access VT's Telecommunications Network via Equal Access FGD or other Switched Access Services purchased from applicable LECs. Custom 13 Outbound Service permits customers to make outbound calls from locations indiverse service areasto any valid international location served by VT. Custom 13 Outbound Service usage rates apply to completed calls from applicable locations and Associated Locations to international locations served by VT. In order to receive Custom 13 Outbound Service usage rates, however, Customers must be entered into the VT billing database prior to utilizing this service. Calls are rated based on and call duration. Rates and charges for VT's Custom 13 Outbound Service from originating locations within the contiguous United States to international locations (excluding Canada and Mexico) served by VT are set forth in Section 6.7 following. Rates for calling to locations in Canada and Mexico are set forth in Sections 6.1.3 and 6.2.3 respectively. Calls are subject to a sixty (60) second call minimum, and sixty (60) second billing increments.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (▇▇▇) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service Prior to the completion of the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures and prior to completion of requisite Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities, System Distribution Upgrades, or System Protection Facilities, the Developer may request an evaluation for Provisional Interconnection Service. NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall determine, through available studies or additional studies as necessary, whether stability, short circuit, thermal, and/or voltage issues would arise if the Developer interconnects without modifications to the Large Generating Facility or the New York State Transmission System (or Distribution System as applicable). NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall determine whether any Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities, System Deliverability Upgrades, or System Protection Facilities, which are necessary to meet Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards, and Good Utility Practice, are in place prior to the commencement of interconnection service from the Large Facility. Where available studies indicate that the Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities, System Deliverability Upgrades, or System Protection Facilities are required for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Large Facility but such facilities are not currently in place, NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, will perform a study, at the Developer’s expense, to confirm the facilities that are required for Provisional Interconnection Service. The maximum permissible output of the Large Facility in the Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement shall be studied, at the Developer’s expense, and updated annually. The NYISO shall issue the study’s findings in writing to the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner(s). Following a determination by NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, that the Developer may reliably provide Provisional Interconnection Service, NYISO shall tender to the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, a Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement. NYISO, Developer, and Connecting Transmission Owner may execute the Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement, or the Developer may request the filing of an unexecuted Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement with the Commission. The Developer shall assume all risk and liabilities with respect to changes between the Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement and the Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, including changes in output limits and the cost responsibilities for the Attachment Facilities, System Upgrade Facilities, System Deliverability Upgrades, and/or System Protection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Food Service If the Charter School offers food services on its own or through a third-party contract, the Charter School may apply directly to, and if approved, operate school nutrition programs with reimbursement from the United States Department of Agriculture, under supervision of the Tennessee Department of Education.
