Outbound Calls. Contractor’s interpreters must have the ability to place outbound calls if the call is dropped. Interpreter must also have the ability to place calls to third parties during the appointment. Outbound Calls. Maintel shall provide a service to allow the Customer to make outbound voice and data calls from a fixed PSTN or ISDN line to any destination over the public telephony network. This Service may be provided via PSTN and ISDN lines either supplied by Maintel or with the agreement of Maintel on lines provided by other suppliers. 4.1.1 Outbound Calls provided without a Maintel PSTN or ISDN line Maintel shall deliver this service over a public network through carrier pre-select (“CPS”), indirect access (“▇▇▇”) or through wholesale arrangements with British Telecommunications plc (“BT”). Where Maintel provides CPS it shall arrange for BT Openreach to configure the local exchanges to Customer Sites to automatically route the designated outbound call traffic from the relevant PSTN or ISDN line to the selected public network. Where Maintel provides ▇▇▇ the Customer shall be required to dial specific digits prior to the required destination number. Where stated in the Implementation Services Maintel may provide programming of Customer Equipment to perform the insertion of these digits automatically. Calls cannot generally be delivered over non-BT Openreach lines.
Outbound Calls. Generate outbound telephone calls to Client's list(s) to promote and sell approved products and/or services. InPulse shall not cross sell or up sell any products unless first approved by Client. InPulse shall provide outbound telemarketing services as set forth in each properly executed addendum to this Agreement.
Outbound Calls. No Separate set of Agents factored for outbound calls. It is assumed that the same set of Agents will be able to make outbound calls. Since the Volume of emails is low, the same set of Agents will be able to manage the emails as well.

Outbound Calls. Vendor shall maintain an efficient outbound call system methodology to contact Customers. These outbound calls shall be used to secure required information and address Customer issues. By way of example, Vendor shall make outbound calls to individuals who return unsigned, incomplete, or illegible documents (including those damaged by the mail); to clarify any missing or unclear information; to callers that were disconnected; to resolve Inquiries; and to request verification of information previously provided. All outbound calls shall be recorded, and the date, time, and nature of the call shall be documented in the Family Account. Vendor shall use a predictive dialer or other automatic outbound dialer to automatically dial the primary telephone number and then direct the call to an available CRM when the telephone is answered. These calls shall be managed through IVR and automated call distribution Systems with web-based accessibility.
Outbound Calls. Rock shall only contact those consumers (as provided by Vroom) who (i) initiated contact with Vroom regarding one or more of its Vehicles, or (ii) completed an application, made an inquiry, or submitted their contact information on Vroom’s website, or any other Site listing Vroom’s Vehicles, or otherwise provided prior express consent to being contacted regarding one or more of Vroom’s Vehicles or a Transaction. Rock shall not initiate communications with consumers outside of this scope and, in particular, Rock shall not place or send unsolicited telemarketing calls to consumers. If a consumer opts-out after being contacted by an Agent, Rock shall not contact such consumer again, and shall provide Vroom with an updated do-not-call list with each monthly invoice.

  • Network Interface Device 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of the customer’s premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single line termination device or that portion of a multiple line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two (2) independent ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the customer’s premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the customer each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable. 2.7.2 BellSouth shall permit NewPhone to connect NewPhone’s Loop facilities to the customer’s premises wiring through the BellSouth NID or at any other technically feasible point.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • End User This agreement shall bind the ordering activity as end user but shall not operate to bind a Government employee or person acting on behalf of the Government in his or her personal capacity.
