Overtime and Callback. 12:01 Overtime must be authorized in advance by the immediate supervisor. A full-time employee who is required to work beyond the normal seven (7) hours per day shall be compensated for such additional hours at a rate of pay which is one and one-half (1½x) times their regular hourly pay, but no overtime pay shall be granted for periods that are less than fifteen (15) minutes in any one day.
