Overtime Calculations. ▇▇▇▇ leave, vacation leave, personal business leave, attendance at contract negotiations during regularly scheduled work hours only, injury leave and holidays for which the bargaining unit employee is paid, and compensatory time off work, will be considered hours worked for purposes of performing overtime calculations. In the event a bargaining unit employee continues to work for over twenty-four (24) straight hours, he shall continue to receive time and one-half even when working on his regular shift the following day, and continuing as long as he continues to work. Regularly scheduled work shifts shall not be altered to avoid the payment of overtime. There shall be no pyramiding of overtime.
