Overtime Compensation on a Day of Rest. (a) An employee who is required to work on a day of rest is entitled to compensation at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) for the first seven decimal five (7.5) hours and at double (2) time for all overtime hours worked thereafter except that: (b) When an employee is required by the Centre to work on a second (2nd) or subsequent day of rest the employee shall be compensated on the basis of double (2) time (second or subsequent day of rest means the second or subsequent day in an unbroken series of consecutive and contiguous calendar days of rest).
