Common use of Overtime Defined Clause in Contracts

Overtime Defined. All time worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week or eight (8) hours per day shall be considered overtime.

Overtime Defined. All authorized time worked over eight (8) hours in excess of a day or forty (40) hours per in a week or eight (8) hours per day shall be considered as overtime.

Overtime Defined. All time worked in excess of forty seventy-five (4075) hours per week every two (2) weeks (the pay period) or eight (8) hours per day on a holiday shall be considered overtime.

Overtime Defined. All time worked in excess of forty forty-five (4045) hours per week or eight nine (8) 9) hours per day shall be considered overtime.
