Overtime Defined. 9.4.1 Overtime is ordered and defined to include any District-authorized work time and is defined as time required, suffered, or permitted required to be worked in excess of eight (8) hours in any one (1) day or fortyin excess of forty (40) hours in any calendar week. Overtime shall also be defined as specified in Section 45131 of the Education Code.
