Overtime Defined. Overtime is defined as all time worked before or after the normal daily hours or in excess of the normal weekly hours, as set out in Article 12. Overtime is considered scheduled if it is posted on the hours of work schedule, pursuant to Article 12.02, or if an employee is advised of overtime work while he/she is at work. In the event of an approved alternate work schedule, modified work week schedule, flex schedule or combination thereof, overtime shall be defined as set out in Article 12.05.
