Overtime Hours Limit. No employee shall be required to work more than 8 hours of inspectional overtime (including rollback) on a regular work day or more than 12 hours of overtime (excluding rollback) on a Sunday, Holiday, or other day on which the employee is not regularly scheduled to work when there are other qualified and eligible employees who are available and willing to work.
